As a result of the joint cooperation between the College of Applied Medical Sciences in Wadi Al-Dawasir and the Insan Society for Orphans Care and under the patronage of His Excellency Dr. Majid Al-Shraideh, God bless him, an international first aid day event was held on Sunday, 1441/1/16 AH at the Neighborhood Elementary Club in return. Dr. Majida Al-Jamil, Assistant Dean for Student Affairs, explained in detail about the incidence of burns and how to prevent and provide quick aid in the event of a fire or injury with a video presentation of the causes of burns and their sources and how to intervene quickly. Tourah Sahar Abdulmohsen explained about the objectives of doing first aid and the specifications of the paramedic and the contents of the first aid kit and also presented the subject of fractures and how to help the injured patient, and then followed by Dr. Attiyat Mohammed Hassan and presented the topic of CPR and how to do the patient who needs to revive the heart and breath and then presented Dr. Majida Abdulati lecture on Bleeding and how to provide immediate care when bleeding has occurred. The Director of the Department, Ms. Rana Suez, prepared a special corner on first aid and concluded the event by providing samples of first aid bags to attend to ensure to provide First aid kit at home or workplace wishing everyone safety and wellness
