Supervising the implementation of the college's strategic plan for female students.
Supervising the management of the college's educational, research, administrative, financial and cultural affairs in regard. For female students.
Coordinate and develop the college's relations within the university with regard to female students.
Supervising the provision of all the college's educational, research, administrative and financial requirements for female students.
Supervising the performance of academic departments in student affairs.
Maintaining the college's fixed and movable property in the female sections.
Work to establish distinguished relations with various community institutions in coordination with the competent authorities.
Work to improve the mental image of the college in its field of specialization.
Implementing the decisions of the College Council and following them up in its field of competence.
Developing work in female students' sections administratively and academically.
Coordinating the administrative and organizational relationship with the dean, vice deans and heads of college departments and organizing each In the field of his functional competence with regard to female sections.
Preparing comprehensive periodic reports on the progress of study and job performance in female sections, and submitting them To the Dean of the College.
Follow up the update of the college's website regarding its vice deanship and its administrative units.
Carrying out the tasks assigned to it by the Dean of the College.
Proposing the activities committees of female students in the college.
Approving the increase in the number of female students in the divisions in coordination with the concerned departments and the Deanship of Admission & Registration.
Approving the lists of deprivation for students and submitting them according to the regulations governing this and the powers of delegation.
Approving the acceptance of excuses for students as needed in accordance with the rules and regulations.
Recommending the selection and appointment of supervisors of units and departments affiliated to them.
Addressing the relevant authorities within the university in the competence and scope of the work of the Vice-Deanship.
Issuing internal decisions required by the workflow of the college vice deanship and its units in accordance with the rules and regulations.
Approving the disbursement from the Agency's budget and custody in accordance with the regulations of the Organization.
Proposing the opening of new sections for female students at the request of the concerned departments in coordination with the Vice Dean for Learning and Academic Affairs.
Evaluating the performance of administrators in the college .
Approving regular and emergency vacations for administrators in the college.
