  1. Supervising the implementation of the regulations and executive rules of the regulations of studies and tests for the university stage.
  2. Supervising the units of academic affairs .
  3. Supervising the preparation of study schedules for students in academic departments, and coordinating with other colleges in cooperation with the Deanship of Admission and Registration and the Study Schedules Committee.
  4. Supervising the distribution of students to the various departments of the college in coordination with the most senior departments. .
  5. Supervising the conduct of the final exams, in coordination with the academic departments and the Deanship of Admission and Registration.
  6. Supervising the application of admission and transfer controls to and from the college and between academic departments.
  7. Supervising the work of the Student Affairs Committee and the Student Extracurricular Activities Committees.
  8. Supervising the equivalency of courses.
  9. Supervising requests for postponement and apology for study, as well as deletions and additions for undergraduate students in accordance with the regulations and decisions issued in this regard.
  10. Supervising the lists of graduates.
  11. Supervising the activities of the college's induction week.
  12. Guiding and guiding students and solving issues related to academic achievement.
  13. Submit periodic reports to the Dean of the College on the progress of work in his units, in accordance with the tasks entrusted to him, and the difficulties they face.
  14. Coordination with the college units in the relevant fields.
  15. Supervise the financial affairs and covenant allocated to the Agency and its programs in accordance with the rules and regulations.
  16. Carrying out the work of the Secretariat of the College Council.
  17. Follow up the update of the college's website regarding his agency and its administrative units.
  18. Executing the tasks assigned to him by the Dean of the College.
  19. Proposing the formation of student activities committees in the college.
  20. Recommending increasing the number of students in the divisions after coordination with the concerned departments and the Deanship of Admission and Registration.
  21. Approving requests for extension, re-registration and alternative tests in accordance with the regulations governing this and the powers of delegation.
  22. Approving the lists of deprivation and submitting them in accordance with the regulations governing this and the powers of delegation.
  23. Approve the acceptance of student excuses as needed in accordance with the rules and regulations.
  24. Recommending the selection and appointment of supervisors of units and departments affiliated to it.
  25. Addressing the relevant authorities within the university in the competence and scope of the work of the Vice-Deanship.
  26. Issuing internal decisions required by the workflow of the college vice deanship and its units in accordance with the rules and regulations.
  27. Approving the regular and emergency leave for employees of the units of the Agency.
  28. Approving the disbursement from the Agency's budget and custody in accordance with the regulations of the Organization.
  29. Approving the opening of new divisions at the request of the concerned departments.
