  1. Implementing and following up the college's policy for graduate studies, scientific research, quality, community service.
  2. Supervise and review the development of postgraduate admission requirements.
  3. Supervise the college's graduate operations, examinations and committees.
  4. Coordination with the college units in all relevant fields.
  5. Supervising the activities of the induction program for graduate students, and following up on its implementation.
  6. Supervising and developing the activities of the college's capabilities in the field of scientific research.
  7. Supervise the development of the research strategy and plan, and develop implementation mechanisms in the college.
  8. Supervising the development of the community service strategy, its plan and the development of its implementation mechanism in the college.
  9. Receiving the needs of the departments of researchers, faculty members and teaching assistants in various disciplines and following up on this.
  10. Supervising the follow-up of the conditions of college scholarships abroad.
  11. Receiving departmental decisions regarding graduate students' applications and sending them to the Deanship          Postgraduate studies after being approved by the College Council.
  12. Supervising requests for postponement and apology for not studying, as well as deletions and additions And lists of deprivation in accordance with the regulations and decisions issued in this regard for graduate students.
  13. Coordinate with the Deanship of Scientific Research at the university and other research institutions regarding conducting faculty research in the college, and obtaining support for it.
  14. Submit periodic reports to the Dean of the College on the progress of work in his units in accordance with the tasks assigned         tags, and the difficulties faced.
  15. Supervising the units of graduate studies and scientific research in the college.
  16. Topics referred to it related to graduate studies and scientific research at the college.
  17. Follow up the update of the college's website regarding his agency and its administrative units.
  18. Executing the tasks assigned to him by the Dean of the College.
  19. Coordination with the Deanship of Graduate Studies at the university regarding graduate students.
  20. Issuing internal decisions required for the proper functioning of the college's vice deanship and its units in accordance with    For Rules & Regulations.
  21. Approving the disbursement from the Agency's budget and custody in accordance with the regulations of the Organization.
  22. Dedicating the concept of quality and spreading its culture at the college level.
  23. Supervising the implementation of the quality program in the college .
  24. Supervising the implementation of the evaluation and academic accreditation program.
  25. Supervising the preparation and implementation of development and strategic plans for the college.
  26. Supervising the Development and Quality Council at the college and the Council has the following tasks : .     
  • Supervising the application of quality assurance standards in the academic and administrative fields in all units of the college .
  • Disseminating distinguished practices in the field of quality assurance and accreditation to the academic departments and programs of the college .
  • Supervising the periodic measurement of the satisfaction of the concerned parties with the performance and activities of the college and following up on improvement measures
  • Discussing the performance indicators adopted by the college / academic programs, as well as benchmarking comparisons and submitting them to the Supreme Committee for Performance Indicators for study and accreditation .
  • Coordination with the Deanship of Development and Quality regarding quality assurance and international and national academic accreditation.
  • Review the periodic reports of the college / programs and submit them to the College Council for approval. ·
  • Discussing improvement plans for academic programs in light of the results of evaluations and internal and external auditors' observations, approving them and submitting them to the College Council .
  1. Study the difficulties or problems facing development and quality programs and propose solutions to them.
  2. Determine the specialized training needs of faculty members in the academic departments of the college and coordinate with the relevant authorities at the university .
  3. Urging and encouraging faculty members to participate in attending training courses and programs       And workshops offered by the relevant authorities at the university.
  4. Supervising the preparation of a plan to develop the skills of the college's faculty members            Employees and students and coordination with the relevant authorities at the university.
  5. Plan and supervise the use of technologies, e-learning and educational media       and distance education in teaching and learning within the college.
  6. Supervising the preparation of the annual report of the college and distributing it to the competent authorities after its approval by          Dean.
  7. Follow up the development of educational facilities in the college and modernize laboratories.
  8. Setting the internal system for work in development, quality, competencies and general description of duties Its employees and how to coordinate between its units.
  9. Supervise the financial affairs and covenant allocated to the Agency and its programs in accordance with the rules and regulations.
  10. Any topics referred to it related to development and quality.
  11. Implementation and follow-up of the activities of the awards for creativity and excellence in academic, research and career performance in the college
  12. Review the college's strategic plan.
  13. Develop appropriate phased plans for periodic review of approved quality standards to ensure            Continuous improvement in the performance of academic departments and administrative units of the college.
  14. Develop a mechanism to identify the expectations, requirements and level of satisfaction of the college's internal and external customers and communicate them to all relevant academic departments and administrative units.
  15. Implementing the evaluation and development of the teaching performance of the faculty member, and helping him to achieve excellence            Professional and scientific follow-up .
  16. Nominates and recommends the selection and appointment of supervisors of units and departments affiliated to him.
